Unfortunately, we are unable to take requests over the phone or by e-mail. If you call, we will refer you to this information and ask you to submit your request in writing.
Your request should include the following information:
- Names and details of information you are requesting
- Your name
- Mailing address or e-mail address
- Phone number
All research activities are completed as time permits, so please allow a minimum of two weeks for us to process your request and reply to you.
For simple requests that we are able to process in a few minutes, there is no charge. For multiple look-ups or requests requiring extensive research, we request a donation of $20 per hour to cover our expenses for this activity.
